We manufacture all slatted panels according to your requirements. The maximum board size is 2750mm high x 1830mm wide, but we can join the panels to achieve larger sizes.
The back panel can be MDF with any Duco colour, any melamine board or any Veneer board. The solid slats can be any wood type available.
On Solid wood or Veneer, we can offer any colour Monocoat or Jax Wax, as well as Stain or just a clear Varnish. With Duco, we can match any Plascon,Dulux or Duram colour.
Solid slats can differ in thickness and width as well as the spacing between slats. Usually, we do 22mm x 22mm slats with spacing of 22mm. But a variety of sizes are available. The thickness of a slatted panel is determined by the thickness of the backboard + the thickness of the slat itself.
Yes, when provided with the exact sizes and placements, we do a cut-out to your requirements.
No, the Slatted Panels are thick and won’t accommodate hinges. We do offer our Semi Solid Slatted door option, that is like our panels, but a total of 22mm thick.
We have a standard thickness of 32mm or 48mm. Custom thicknesses are available from 50mm and thicker according to customer specifications.
We don’t have any standard dimensions; all shelves are manufactured according to your requirements. Board maximum height is 2750mm, but we can join the boards to achieve longer shelves.
Our shelves are very durable and can tolerate standard décor item weight. The most important aspect to ensure enough tolerance of weight, depends on the installation and type of hardware used.
We can join shelves in varies shapes such as an L-shape or U-shape by using a 45-degree (mitre) joint.
No, unfortunately we do not offer drilling into the shelves, as there are many types of brackets that can be used. We do recommend that installers do drilling for brackets on site.
Yes, we offer an option of Semi Solid Floating shelves as well as Solid Floating Shelves. Solid Floating shelves is available in various thicknesses such as 22mm, 32mm, 44mm. Higher thicknesses would require a hollow, boxed solid shelf.
Yes, as long as the shelves aren’t exposed to direct water or moisture or direct steam.
Our Shaker Door range is available in various wood types and finishes. We also offer a Duco Shaker made from MDF (Supa wood).
We don’t do less than 45mm wide frames, as it won’t accommodate spacing for hinges. On the Duco Shaker range, we can do any frame width, as it won’t affect your space for hinges.
Standard thickness is 22mm, but our Shaker Doors are also available in 19mm.
Our solid wooden tops are available in thicknesses of 16mm, 22mm, 32mm and 44mm. Any top thicker will require a Build-up or will be available in a Butchers Block option.
We don’t have standard dimensions; we manufacture according to your requirements. If tops are longer than available lengths, we use finger joints to achieve longer lengths. Any widths can be manufactured.
We use a V-joint to laminate the tops as well as water resistant adhesive. Our tops are very strong and durable.
Yes, we do manufacture Butcher Block tops for counter tops, as well as smaller Butcher Block tops for preparation of food.
Yes, we can manufacture tops to different shapes and do various joints. We can also do various cut-outs for sinks, pop up plugs, etc.
We have 4 standard designs, Country, Farmhouse, Stable and Z-brace barn doors. Other custom-made designs can be manufactured as well.
We have a variety of wood types and finishes, as well as MDF with a Duco finish.
Thicknesses of Barn doors can vary from 22mm, 32mm and 44mm.
Yes, our corbels can be manufactured in different sizes.
No, we prefer not to manufacture plain solid doors, as the risk for warping and cracking is too high. We do offer an option for a solid door with bracing at the back to minimise the risk, called our Rustic Door. Also, we can do our Shadow door in solid as well.
All our solid profile lengths are determent by lengths available in wood type. MDF profiles are only available in lengths of 2750mm.
We can order a custom-made cutter to achieve other profiles at a additional fee.
Yes, we manufacture dowels in diameters of 16mm, 22mm, 30mm and 50mm. This is just plain smooth dowels.
Unfortunately, we don’t do installations. We can recommend trusted installers determined by your area.
No, all our spray work is done at our factory.
Yes, we have our own delivery service, and we do make use of The Courier Guy for courier parcels.
Yes, when indicated, we add standard potting to doors.
No, our showroom is available for visits during working hours without making an appointment.
Yes, most of the time we can manufacture doors according to your samples. The door must be assessed first to confirm if we can match the profile, alternatively we will recommend our standard profiles like your sample.
Yes, we can manufacture custom-made wooden furniture subject to approval.
On standard orders our lead time is 10 to 15 working days. Special orders will be advised of lead time upon order.
Yes, corbel profiles and sizes can be modified to your requirements.
Yes, we manufacture Tongue & Groove panels according to your requirements. Available in fully assembled panels or loose planks for assembly on site.
No, all our products are manufactured according to your sizes. We only keep stock of our MDF Cornices and Skirtings, subject to availability.
We do offer various wood types and finishes suitable for outdoor use.
We only sell wooden components; we do not sell wholesale raw materials/comsels in cubic meters etc.
Yes, anyone is welcome to come and visit our showroom during business hours.
Each wood type differs in durability depending on if it is a hard wood or a soft wood. All our components are manufactured to the strongest durability that the wood type allows.
Depending on what components you order, all our items are custom-made to your needs. Starting from cutting, building, clamping to sanding, first coat, flat and final coat. After our manufacturing process, we do quality control and then wrap your order. Thus, the more attention and labour your items require, and the size of your order determines your lead time.
Our duco is an Acid Catalyst based spray paint. Acid Catalysed paint is used to create a durable coating that will retain its colour.
No special chemicals are needed to clean Duco components, just mild soap and water.
Do not use any chemicals on the Rubio monocoat surfaces. Only use a damp cloth. Rubio Monocoat also offers a range of products such as Universal Soap and Surface Care to maintain your components.
Depending on the severity of the damage, most damages can be repaired.
Yes, we do manufacture custom-made vanities according to your requirements. Available in various designs and wood types. We only manufacture and supply the vanities. We don’t do installations or any electrical/plumbing work on vanities.
